PRH is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide quality administrative support to the President and CEO. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to think quickly and efficiently, and must have strong administrative, written and verbal communications, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and the needs of the organization, while handling multiple priorities and highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and composure. The Assist: An Overview of Executive Assistant Jobs

You are expected to keep your Exec's inbox organized and to streamline e-mail communications.
