The Head Coach of the Women's Golf Program

The head coach will identify and successfully recruit academically and athletically talented student-athletes, provide teaching, mentoring and coaching, develop well-rounded student-athletes, ensure academic progress and graduation, and maintain a competitive and successful Women's Golf program. The environment must be conducive to the welfare, development and academic success of the student-athletes. Accurately managing the program's budget and staff, coordinate support services and appropriate public relations and promotional activities are some of the duties that must be done.

The university community and administrators must be established and maintained effective interactions. Candidates should have an enthusiasm for working with individual athletes, a strong golf background, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to NCAA rules. Strong computer skills are needed.
